Elm&Iron wouldn't be Elm&Iron, without the hardworking dedicated staff, that roots for this growing company.
Drummmm rolllllll....This Month’s Spotlight Employee.....
Tony Catalino, self proclaimed Handy-Man Extraordinaire..aka.. the Design Team and Operations Warehouse Manager at Elm&Iron.
When Tony isn't refinishing tables, moving furniture, or managing the warehouse, he's hanging out with his wife, Courtney, and two kids, Nixon (3 years old) and Talula (almost 1). You could also probably catch him laying in a hammock with a PBR.
"What I value most about Tony is he has the intangibles in an employee. Things you can't train or teach people to do," said Daniel McClurg, owner of Elm & Iron. "He's honest, loyal, and always has the best interest of Elm & Iron in mind... He also has great ideas and brings a ton of talent to the table. It's always a lot more fun to work with people like Tony."
What keeps Tony at Elm&Iron after all these years? "Everyday is different and there are always little challenges that need to be solved," says Tony. Side note: Tony worked with Dan before the first Elm&Iron in Clintonville. "That's right, I started working with Dan at his painting company, Buckeye House Painting. My brother, Chris worked for Sherwin-Williams Paints and recommended that I contact Dan," recalls Tony. "And, I've been working with Dan ever since."
Tony, thanks for being the bomb.com and allowing us to write this little blurb about you!
